Bear KompleX – Resistance Bands

Exercise bands help stimulate your muscles with eccentric and concentric tension that is always changing. Each purchase is for a SINGLE BAND and they vary in size and resistance, they can also be combined to increase the support needed. Get several sizes so you have them ready as your skills improve.

All 5 of our Bear KompleX Resistance Bands are labeled with the amount of resistance that they provide and they vary in color. Use multiple bands for multiple levels of resistance. Depending on your strength and body weight, use combo of 1 or 2 bands for up to 3 resistance levels. Start with one band and as you fatigue, add another to keep going.

Band #1 RED – gir 4-16 kg motstand (1,3cm bredt bånd)
Band #2 BLACK – gir 14-27kg motstand (2,2cm bredt bånd)
Band #3 PURPLE – gir 18-36kg motstand (3,2 cm bredt bånd)
